Job Summary and Qualifications

The International Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the onboarding of international hires, as well as assisting in recruitment, screening, and applicant management. Other duties will include:

• Assisting recruitment specialists with the screening of international candidates, and interview processes.

• Coordinating and establishing regular touchpoints with provisional international hires before their arrival to the U.S., and after arrival.

• Organizing travel to U.S. for international hires to include airfare arrangements and transportation.

• Coordinating and facilitating the international hires initial employee health and screening appointments

• Organizing transportation to and from work.

• Tracking the housing and placement of international candidates, including coordinating the provision of basic groceries and toiletries during the first 30-90 days of international hires arrival in the U.S.

• Maintain data on all international hire cohorts, including retention statistics, job satisfaction, etc.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree is required

• Candidates with strong Excel skills preferred

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
