Job Summary: In coordination with the Director, Department of Education, the Education Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive program focusing on specific health education needs of a target population.

The Education Coordinator collaborates with committees, leadership, and medical staff. Creates a climate and structure supportive of development and continuous learning of system-wide target populations.Education: Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from a state approved Registered Nurse Program.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:

Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.Work Experience: 3 - 4 years related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications.

Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.

Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated skills in teaching and planning learning.

Demonstrates skills in leadership, professional accountability, advocacy, relationship management, and networking.

Utilizes strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.

The Credit Services Exceptions Work Coordinator supervises workflow and monitors the daily operations of the group, providing input/suggestions to manager concerning production improvements, project status, and the implementation of changes or additions to policies and procedures. The Work Coordinator provides first level problem solving and training for the department, functions as supervisor when the manager is away, and resolves daily operational problems with guidance from management. Department directly supports and works with the various departments in the Credit Services Division, Relationship Managers, Commercial Training, and the Consumer line of business. A thorough knowledge of lending and document policies is required as well as a working knowledge of Fidelity, LaserPro, and Workflow Image Technology applications, in addition to numerous third party websites and applications. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyzes loan commitment reports for proposed loan transactions; determines all necessary documentation required for each transaction; advises commercial lenders and consumer bankers of various documentation, legal, or policy issues that may impact the Bank's ability to secure an interest in the collateral pledged; strives to seek solutions to avoid potential documentation weaknesses and to solve document exception problems. Ensures proper compliance of loans and adherence to policies; ensures loans are closed in accordance with the approved commitment. * Reviews and analyzes incoming documents to determine if documentation deficiency has been cured and all necessary information obtained. * Develops training materials for staff and business partners and provides training for new hires. Reports to management any training needs and performs regular month end reporting. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: * Thorough knowledge of lending and documentation policies * Working knowledge of Fidelity, LaserPro, and Workflow Image Technology applications Working knowledge of Bank operations * Excellent PC skills including Word and Excel * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner * Strong ability to lead a team and motivate others * Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to resolve problems for less experienced employees This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree along with 2-3 years of experience in a bank operations/customer service function or 7-8 years equivalent experience in a bank operations/customer service function.
