Partner with GSB Stakeholders (Alums, BOA, Donors) to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies and programming goals that will ensure Grossman School of Business (GSB) students have broad exposure to potential co-op opportunities, both within and outside of Vermont. Develop (in partnership with the Career Center and other GSB stakeholders), oversee, and provide leadership to the network of external partners.

Serve as employer liaison for undergraduate students participating in co-op programs, leading the creation and implementation of initiatives designed to provide integrated academic and nonacademic opportunities, enrichment, and professional development. Collaborate with the Center for Student Success and GSB Leadership team on strategic initiatives related to co-op program strategy and development. Evaluate outcomes and facilitate changes to enhance co-op opportunities and ensure consistency of goals and objectives in compliance with University standards. Provide supervision to all Co-Op staff members.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Master's degree in a related or specialized field and two to four years' related experience required. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships across organizations.

Requires proficiency in database and word-processing applications to include editing and proofreading. Effective organizational, communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail required. Supervisory experience required. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Desirable Qualifications

Program development and management experience. Experience working in a Co-Op setting within higher education.

Anticipated Pay Range $70,000- $90,000 Other Information Special Conditions External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Background Check required for this position FLSA Exempt Union Position No
