As an Engineering Co-op, you'll serve as a critical member to Kohler's New Product Development teams, designing leading-edge products that completely transform the Kitchen and Bathroom experiences we know today.
Specific responsibilities include:
testing and manufacturing implementation.
Executing Engineering sub-tasks (i.e. prototyping, testing, and reporting results) to meet objectives on various projects.
Carrying on benchmarking activities in terms of design and functional performance
Implementing and optimizing innovative concepts for new products.
Using CAD (Creo) to create solid models and drawings.
Leading changes to improve current products
Supporting Customer Service group in resolving customer issues
Candidates must currently be in pursuit of a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Engineering. Sound communication, problem-solving, creative-thinking, and collaboration skills are preferred.
