Co-op, Mechanical Engineering

As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op, you'll serve as a critical member to Kohler's New Product Development teams, designing leading-edge products or technologies that completely transform the Kitchen and Bathroom experiences we know today. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performing focused Engineering assignments with scopes ranging from concept generation all the way though verification testing and manufacturing implementation.

  • Executing Engineering sub-tasks (i.e. prototyping, testing, and reporting results) to meet objectives on various projects.

  • Implementing and optimizing innovative concepts for new products.

  • Using CAD (Pro/Engineer) to create solid models and drawings.

Skills/Requirements

Candidates must currently be in pursuit of a 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical). Sound communication,

problem-solving, creative-thinking, and collaboration skills are preferred.
