Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the quality of the food going out to our guests Ensures the proper preparation and service of food to the satisfaction of the customer. Responsible for the establishment’s cleanliness and sanitation.

Supports and follows all Cove Communities policy at all times. All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Must have prior cooking experience.

Must be at least 17 years of age to handle knives Willingness to complete Serve Safe Certification Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to handle high temperatures in a kitchen Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Ability to function well in a fast pace, sometime high stress environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
