The Opportunity:
Saint Luke's Plaza is currently looking for a full time Cook to be responsible for the active participation in the workflow in the Nutrition Service Department including, but not limited to: preparation, delivery, or service to customers. Your experience and expertise in Food Services will allow you to successfully serve a diverse population of customers.

Responsibilities:
Workflow includes: set up, food preparation, clean up, and sanitation of work areas, dishes, wares, or equipment
Accountable for inventory control, product rotation, proper labeling, and safe food handling practices
Accountable for operations when the Manager and Work Leaders are not available
The Shifts:
40 Hours per week
Swing Shifts begin at 11AM or 12PM
Rotating weekends
