Cook in the Catering Department
The Cook collaborates with other cooks under the direction of the Assistant Director of Catering and the Supervisor to requisition, prepare, season, and cook a wide range of foods, including soups, salads and entrees for patients, employees, or patrons. The cook also assists with setting up and tearing down catering functions.

Salary Range: $19,200 annually ($9.25 hourly)
Cleans, cut, and cooks food items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served
Delivers catering orders to the customers
Sets up and tears down the catering functions
Cleans and inspects equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation
May perform other duties as assigned
