Prepare, cook, store and inventory food for patients, cafeteria, and catering as directed in retail and patient services. Perform serving duties in retail and patient services as assigned. Minimum Education

Culinary
Prepare food according to standardized recipes and production sheet needs to include portion control, garnishing and presentation.
Continue to improve cooking skills through flexibility in assignments.
Store leftovers and prep food using proper labeling and within timeframes.
Inventory food items as assigned.
Safety/Sanitation
Maintain appropriate records of food temperatures, production, waste and usage.
Maintain and ensure food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment throughout shift according to the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.
