Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications. The Cook will work closely with the kitchen team to execute culinary dishes, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1.Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes.

2.Follow food safety procedures and guidelines.

3.Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

4.Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare high-quality dishes.

5.Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

6.Ensure all food preparation areas are sanitary and organized.

7.Assist in developing new menu items and specials.

Qualifications:

1.Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.

2.Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

3.Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5.Excellent time management skills.

6.Team player with good communication abilities.

7.High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.
