Overlook Medical Center, a member of the prestigious Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Per Diem Cook. Required hours vary, including every other weekend.
Prepare hot and cold meals for patient feeding, retail outlets and special events.
Responsible for sanitation and regulatory compliance.
Works in the main kitchen or in other areas for exhibition cooking.
Must have a good command of culinary fundamentals.
Work in an area with extreme temperatures, standing for long periods of time, stooping and walking for long periods of times.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in culinary arts preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
