Job Summary and Qualifications

• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures

• Demonstrates,understands and practices safe food handling techniques.

• Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutritions uniform and personal appearance standards at all time

• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.

• Utilizes proper equipment to produce standard recipes.

• Utilizes systems to quality process/standards in food production Reports customer compliants to appropriate supervisor

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate\Equivalent Preferred

• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred

• 1 + years of experience in quantity cooking

• Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
