Properly handles,prepares, serves and stores food items for all services of the department in compliance with departmentpolicies/procedures, regulatory agency standards, HACCP Guidelines and SodexhoProduction Standards (Gold Checks). Complies with recipes and able to adjust for volume as required. Participates in the department PerformanceImprovement Program. Maintains HACCPsanitation standards as defined bydepartment policies/procedures.
1.Food Service Equipment
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Serve Safe Certification Preferred
Education: Formaltraining in accredited culinary program preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three yearsinstitutional food production preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to readand write English. Must be able tocalculate menu/recipe conversions. Strong communication and customer serviceskills.
Degree of Supervision Required:Minimal works independently.
Orientation Period: 90 days
