You would be responsible for providing proper preparation and service of food for distribution to patients and ensuring all health, safety and environmental health standards are achieved and maintained.
You would be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, including inventory, food preparation and kitchen clean-up.
In addition you would play an integral role in collaborating with other members of the patient care team.
A High School graduate or GED equivalency One year of cooking experience in a professional setting Serv-Safe certification or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire Evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written and telephonic means Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and VNA required auto liability insurance.
