The Job

As a Fine-Dining Cook at Coraline's, you will be at the heart of our culinary experience, using your advanced skills and expertise to delight our guests with exquisite dishes. Partnering closely with our front-of-house team, you'll contribute to creating WOW memories that will resonate with our guests long after they leave our restaurant.

Starting Pay: $18.15 per hour

Days Off: Tuesday and Wednesday

The Day-to-Day

• Showcase your culinary passion and creativity by skillfully crafting various menu items with precision and attention to detail, while adhering to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the back-of-house areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in fine-dining culinary techniques, elevating every dish to meet our high standards of excellence.

• Practice seafood handling skills with expertise and finesse, including the art of shucking oysters as needed, to deliver the freshest and most flavorful seafood dishes.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a cook in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment.

• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes with attention to detail and presentation.

• Knowledge of fine-dining culinary techniques and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Deep understanding of proper food handling procedures and a commitment to ensuring guest safety at all times.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
