THE JOB:

LPM at The Cosmopolitan is on a search of an enthusiast cook to join the team! Are you are passionate about creating exquisite culinary delights in an environment that blends the elegance of the Côte D'Azur with a modern twist? Join LPM Restaurant, where the dizzying chaos of Vegas fades away, giving way to a haven inspired by the French Riviera. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our vibrant team and contribute to our exceptional dining experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.49

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our signature Côte D'Azur-inspired menu

• Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

• Assist in the creation of daily specials and new menu items

• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the proper care and maintenance of kitchen equipment

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role

• Proven experience working in a fine-dinning restaurant enviornment

• Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
