A day as a Asian Cuisine Cook:

• Prepare and cook items according to specification/recipe

• Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard

• Act as a role model while taking part in service - preparing, and cooking dishes

• Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines

• Always keep immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook

• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Who you are:

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchens specializing in Asian Cuisine

• A fulltime cook who is energetic, hard-working, organized, and familiar with working in a fast-paced environments

• Knowledgeable of ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and cooking times

• Certificate in culinary arts, or relevant field is desirable

• Flexible (able to work different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
