Job Title: Cook - AF Nutrition and Food Services Bemidji
Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
Prepare and assemble hot food and other menu items according to quality standards.
Possess a current MN Food Managers Certificate or obtain one within 6 month of employment. High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
Must have two years experience in cooking large quantities or restaurant cooking. Must have strong working knowledge of cooking principles, use of standardize recipes, food safety and sanitation principles.
