Cook - Full-Time at Acacia Health Center (5-Star Rated!)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 (paid out over 6 months)

Schedule: Shifts determined by the Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager. Typical shifts include 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. And…NO LATE NIGHTS!

Location: Acacia Health Center at Sagewood, 4555 E. Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Your Role:

As a Cook, you will prepare and serve delicious meals to our health center residents, using your expertise in commercial kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepping, cooking, and plating meals according to dietary needs

• Maintaining a sanitary and tidy kitchen

• Ensuring meals are served promptly and with high quality

Who You Are:

• A passionate cook with a love for preparing delicious meals

• Minimum of three years' experience as a cook in a senior living community, hotel, restaurant, or club

• Willing to work occasional weekends

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to pass drug screening, background checks, and obtain an AZ fingerprint card (we can assist with obtaining the card)

• Must have an Arizona Food Handlers Card
