Hiring Administrator: Nathan Roedel

GENERAL DUTIES:
Responsible for the daily operations of a production kitchen. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of bulk food orders. Perform inventory tracking and ordering. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. Serve as the District caterer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
Two years of experience in food service
Experience in the use and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment
Experience coordinating the operations of a kitchen
Experience in bakery production
Experience in providing catering services
Knowledge of ingredients, supplies and methods used in cooking
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
Food service experience required
K12 foodservice experience preferred
