Join Our Team

The Cook 2 is an essential member of the Food & Beverage culinary team. The Cook 1 prepares breakfast, lunch an/or dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant and/or hotel setting. A culinary degree is preferred along with solid food & beverage knowledge.
