About the role:

Chemin a la Mer restaurant by Donald Link, is seeking a talented Cook 1 to join our team. For this role you must be passionate about your craft and dedicated to providing amazing experiences for our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What you will do:

The Cook 1 is responsible for knowing all menus and food items in the hotel as this position will be cooking for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Restaurant. The Cook prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.

What you bring:

  • One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred

  • ServSafe certification required

  • Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Cooks to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
