RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the COO/Integrator include but are not limited to:

• Drive the implementation of the Visionary's strategic vision for the company, ensuring overall growth and maximizing Shareholder satisfaction

• Prioritize and determine key initiatives for execution

• Facilitate L10 meetings, holding the leadership team accountable to scorecard metrics while providing guidance and support

• Develop scorecard metrics and intervene when metrics deviate from targets with targeted mentorship

• Hold final responsibility for finance and marketing decisions related to growth initiatives

• Lead the successful launch of a new branches outside of Lynchburg, VA

• Strategically develop initiatives to expand our business's ministry within the community

• Increase brand recognition and market presence

• Ensure effective communication and understanding of company goals across all levels

• Foster unity across all departments for cohesive operations

• Champion continuous improvement of company culture, cultivating a desirable workplace with high employee morale

• Stay up to date with evolving HR policies and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 4-year degree

• 4+ years of C-suite level experience

• Corporate finance experience

• Success in establishing and opening new locations

• Experience growing a team beyond 50 employees and/or $10M in revenue

Preferred

• MBA

• EOS experience

• HR leadership experience

• Sales and marketing leadership experience

• Experience in a service delivery company

• Experience managing a remote team

• M&A experience

Desired

• Experience in an IT service provider within a healthcare environment

Salary: $110K - $140K plus performance-based incentives
