Overview
This position as a Conversion Copywriter will support Concorde's marketing function by collaborating across the internal and external marketing experts, as well as the organization's subject matter experts to develop compelling and influential messaging and content. Supporting web and offline advertising campaigns, the Copywriter is able to absorb complex information and convert it into convincing and relatable content that drives interest in Concorde's programs. This role will support Concorde's Mission and the core values of teamwork, customer service, achievement, integrity, and respect
Responsibilities
Craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content for various marketing mediums that reflects the company's voice and whose purpose is to generate demand for healthcare career programs and training, as well as position the organization as a thought leader.
Leveraging industry best practices, keen attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills, the conversion copywriter will work as part of a central marketing team to create a wide array of materials aimed at boosting interest, enrollment, sentiment, and brand awareness across multiple channels for diverse audiences and a portfolio of healthcare career training programs.
Owning all performance copy including direct response landing pages, emails, text messages, social media, video and voice over (VO) scripts, display campaigns, direct mail, web articles, alumni stories, faculty features, white papers, and Admission support materials.
Collaborate with team members and internal subject matter experts to understand message, program benefits, brand voice and target audience.
Develop and propose persuasive copy concepts for team members and internal clients; and execute projects once approved.
Translate creative direction and technical information into persuasive copy that drives conversions.
Manage the approval process through internal stakeholders, legal, and compliance review.
Work with internal and external PR, advertising, and other third parties to create a variety of digital and traditional marketing materials aimed at conversion.
Prioritize projects to support on-and offline message strategies, and carry messaging across multiple mediums in order to maintain brand and message consistency.
Utilize performance analytics to identify and leverage the best performing themes and messages; run headline and copy A/B tests.
Develop email, direct mail, and text message campaign subject-lines, body copy and calls-to-action; to improve performance metrics including open rate and conversions.
Enhance presentation and other materials used by frontline teams to drive conversions.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field is required

Proven success in creating copy for advertising or marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
Strong understanding for how copy impacts the customer journey, enrollment conversions, and campaign performance metrics, and be able to optimize content accordingly.
Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing to optimize copy for search and engagement.
Proven experience in CRO techniques and tools, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
Experience with writing for marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Knowledge of psychological principles and techniques used to influence consumer behavior and drive conversions.
A portfolio showcasing previous work that has led to measurable improvements in conversion rates.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Skills:
Social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
Impeccable writing and self-editing skills as well as attention to detail
High level of research skills and resourcefulness necessary to complete work

Work Environment:
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
