What does a great Conversion Analyst do?
As a Conversion Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, Client Services team, developers, and project management to serve as the business subject matter expert (SME) in maintaining and growing the existing business through thorough business and technical requirements. Do you thrive in a dynamic, committed, and professional environment and would you like to be a part of a team that effects change? Are you ready to commit to a meaningful role at a creative and growing company? Then we would love to see you apply and join in our continued success.
As a Conversion Analyst, you can look forward to:
Understanding the scope of client requests and client business rules, translating the requirements into a clear and detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD) to be reviewed and endorsed by the client and internal project teams. Programmers build the core solution or improvement based on the Conversion Analyst's BRD. The results are then given to Software Quality Assurance to ensure that the programming changes support the requirements through User Acceptance and Regression testing and validation.
Verifying changes made to ensure they meet customer requirements.
Configuring changes using tables or web enabled tools to set up the client's customization.
Setting up and delivering training to the customer to use web enable tools to manage message content, logos etc.
