Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Convenience Store Deli Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the stores food service sales and sales staff. Responsibilities: Supervise team of retail deli employees Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Order merchandise from vendors, and check in for accuracy Monitor Menu and food cost to meet company goals and expectations Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience Previous food service experience Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment. Ability to develop and implement budgets and to adhere to cost and margin requirements. Ability to plan, develop and implement efficient and productive systems.

Ability to supervise, manage and motivate self and staff. Commitment to superior customer service. Good communication and listening skills.
