The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

• Completes the design of complex systems that integrate hardware and software.

• Spearheads complex material specification, schematic (drawings) preparation, order entry tasks, and appropriate follow-up.

• Determines recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.

• Performs complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.

• Assist Department Manager with various technical processes, including continuous process improvements.

• Effectively able to communicate to customer and other stakeholders

• Performs full range of standard work for the professional field and ensures standard work packages are followed.

• Refers complex, unusual problems to others.

• Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.

What We are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical)

• 5+ years experience

• Experience with Programming in Allen Bradley, AutoCAD or other design tools

• Strong Warehouse industry experience preferred.

• Experience in a Controls Engineering position that is project-based (design to installation)

• Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of moderately complex assignments.

• Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.

• Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
