Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years in a manufacturing setting, with a preference for candidates who have worked in food processing environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, Variable Frequency Drives, and their associated communication interfaces. A proven track record in developing, troubleshooting, and managing automated systems.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and PLC ladder logic. Familiarity with current electrical safety standards and codes is essential.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring robust support for teams and effective technical management.
