JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting projects across a wide range of automation, asset connectivity, and machine learning/vision systems.

• Interface directly with multiple teams including Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Change Control and Safety.

• Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain and improve processes and systems used in manufacturing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS:

• Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• Masters will be acceptable in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• 2-3 years of engineering experience

• General knowledge of automation concepts or robotics

• General knowledge of networked machines

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• General knowledge of data analytics

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with robot and/or PLC programming

• Experience with machine tool connectivity

• Experience with 3D modeling software

• Experience with machine learning / vision system
