Summary:

This leading client is responsible for manufacturing toughened glass specifically for automotive architectural industries across the world. This facility has 42 robotics that are primarily ABB, some Fanuc. Other equipment will be Glasstech furnaces, Casso Solar ovens, presses, Bando cutting lines, multiple conveyor systems, and Keyence/Cognex vision systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and overseeing the build of control panels required new projects

• Creation of new control systems

• Responsible for integration and commissioning of new and/or legacy equipment

• Be proficient in reading and creating electrical diagrams

• Ability to work in compliance with all safety local rules and regulations

• Programming and designing automated equipment

Qualifications:

• Associates in Engineering

• 3+ years of experience with Allen Bradley PLCS (PLC-5, RSLogix500, and Studio5000)

• Experience with Allen Bradley Motion Control (AC/DC drives)

• Experience with Allen Bradley HMI (FactoryTalk View)

• Preferred but Not Required: AutoCAD Electrical experience

• Preferred but Not Required: Bachelors degree in Engineering
