We're searching for a talented Accounting Controller to join our  client's growing team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring smooth operations and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks (GL, reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
• Lead the implementation of a new ERP system
• Oversee perpetual inventory management and optimization
• Implement robust internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
• Provide insightful financial analysis for informed decision-making

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be a CPA
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven ERP implementation success, ideally in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of perpetual inventory management best practices
• Strong understanding of GAAP and reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
