Fast-growing, award-winning manufacturer has new opening for a controller. You will be setting up new processes and procedures, that are needed because of business success and growth. Report to an accomplished CFO who has credentials and experience that will add to your professional development and career trajectory.

Duties include monthly close, cost analysis and controls, cash management and forecasting, financial statement preparation and other controller duties. As SOPs are in place, the role will evolve to include more FP&A responsibilities. Supervise two to start.

Requirements

• Must have a 4 year degree in accounting. CPA is a plus, but not required.

• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, including working with inventory and costs to help production improve efficiencies.

• Well-rounded controllership experience.

• Willing and able to work on-site because of interaction with manufacturing and other departments, with some flexibility afforded any professional.

• Strong Excel and software skills.

• Sense of urgency and ownership to make good things happen!
