Position Scope: As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support our company's growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and management to support business planning and decision-making processes. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimize liquidity and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs and strategic investments.

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments, to maintain accurate records and timely payments. Cost Control:

Analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including tax filings, and industry-specific requirements. Financial Strategy:

Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment evaluation. Team Leadership: Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must Experience with PROCORE is a plus 4-year degree in accounting or related field Employee Expectation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
