A manufacturing pro who knows how to keep financial operations running smoothly. An expert in SEC reporting and SOX 404 compliance (bonus points if you can make SOX compliance sound exciting to non-financial team members). A whiz with accounting software (NetSuite experience preferred). An Excel wizard who can make complex financial models look easy. What You’ll Do:

Take the reins on all accounting operations—financial reporting, general ledger, cost accounting, and more. Mentor and develop a talented accounting team. Ensure SEC and SOX compliance, keeping the company on track with financial regulations.

Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s financial future. Optimize processes, automate where possible, and free up your team for high-value work. Lead audit processes, cash flow management, and support strategic decision-making.
