Controller - Property Management

This well established property management company is hiring for a Controller. The company oversees about $100M across 7 locations and 800 units. As the Controller, you'll have 3 people reporting into you and responsible for reviewing and understanding transactions, reviewing general ledger, monitor monthly budget and cash management and reconciliation whenever necessary. Longer term, you'll be enforcing policies and procedures for reporting to increase efficiency.

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years in property management
• 3+ years as a people manager
• Experience with Excel and some property management tool (RealPage, Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills

• CPA license
• Experience using RealPage
