As our client’s Financial Controller, you will lead financial oversight for a diverse real estate portfolio and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

~ Top Requirements of the Financial Controller ~

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, CPA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of financial/accounting experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in construction, development, and/or real estate construction industries
• Public accounting experience

~ What You'll Do as a Financial Controller ~

• Oversee month-end close processes and year-end audits.
• Manage accounts payable functions, optimizing efficiency.
• Develop annual budgets and meet reporting deadlines for stakeholders.
• Coordinate percentage of completion accounting and billing processes.

~ What You’ll Bring as a Financial Controller ~

• Proven leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• CPA license preferred.
