Quite simply, no one builds a better shed for the money, or offers a better place to work. Our Company is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in Statesville, NC. This person must possess a high level of integrity and honesty and be proficient in overseeing all aspects of accounting for a mid-size company. Responsibilities: Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments Analyze information to assess current and future financial status Review costs for optimal budget planning Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Check the accuracy of business transactions Assist with payroll and review for accuracy Close out the month-end transactions Oversee all accounting employees Process bonuses and commission payouts monthly and quarterly Requirements Previous experience in advanced accounting procedures, with 3+ years in a similar role- Required Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Confidential and highly-accurate Budgeting and expense driven Strong critical thinking skills Benefits 401K, with up to a 5% company match Health insurance available, with a portion funded by Pine View Stipend of up to $400 a month for employees that choose to obtain insurance on their own 6 paid holidays Paid time off Competitive Salary- dependent upon experience (Please reach out for details)
