Position Overview As the Controller , you will oversee the day-to-day financial planning and accounting functions, including reporting, investment management, budgeting, payroll, and compliance. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's financial health and operational efficiency, guiding critical decisions that sustain and enhance our community.

Location: Warminster, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime may be required Salary: $120,000-130,000 annually Text "JOBS" to (1-610-795-2775) to answer a few questions and connect with a Recruiter Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports Lead external audits and manage tax compliance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal/state filings Develop and refine financial reports and tools to provide actionable insights for managers and stakeholders Operational Oversight Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, cash control, and compliance functions Establish and maintain systems to verify the integrity of financial data and processes Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to optimize accounts receivable processes Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and alignment with organizational goals Collaborate with the Board's Finance Committee and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives Participate in special projects, providing financial expertise to support organizational objectives Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, within a complex organizational environment in the healthcare industry Expertise in accounting software, financial analysis, and GAAP standards Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required Master's degree preferred Skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and strategic thinking Work Environment Collaborative office setting that values teamwork and innovation Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and community What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development opportunities A supportive, mission-driven workplace that values your contributions PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs in Pennsylvania (PA) - King of Prussia, Center City Philadelphia, West Chester, Norristown, Conshohocken, Horsham, Lansdale, Montgomeryville, Hatboro, Wayne, Malvern, Media, Plymouth Meeting, Exton, Collegeville, Oaks, Phoenixville, Royersford, Pottstown, Media, Chester, and the Main Line.
