Your role:

Financial Reporting

• Drives the Financial Reporting Consolidation and Commentary for the North America Point of Care (POC) business and ensures integrity and data quality of management reporting to the NAM DX CEO/CFO and Leadership Team for Performance Dialogues with the Commercial Team as well as the Business Area Management. Development of reporting standards, including performance review formats for Business Lines. Ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cadence. Collaborate strongly with Business Lines and act as main interface for finance information related to the NAM Point of Care business area (e.g. Guidelines, Estimates, Reporting Packages). Drives preparations of ad-hoc reports to be created in a timely manner and with action-oriented analysis to management.

Financial Performance Analysis

• Oversee the analysis and appraisal of business performance, underlying operational KPI's, and relevant internal and external developments. profitability and growth analysis, performance commentaries, presentations, bridges, currency calculations, and regular balance sheet reviews.

Planning and Forecasting

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual forecast consolidation (income statement, balance sheet, cash), including data integrity, data consolidation and validation across various tools. Be an enabler of useful and dependable data for the whole NAM POC finance group, including KPI definitions. Orchestrates the budget process for NAM POC, including target setting, performance evaluations and top management presentations.

Risk Management & Internal Control Process

• Establishes a governance within NAM POC for cost reporting & controlling. Orchestration of risk management and productivity workshops and process, creation of transparency regarding the risk situation, reporting and controlling of identified risks by appropriate mitigation measures, and fulfillment of associated legal requirements.

Productivity

• Creates productivity and efficiency across the NAM POC finance organization and serves as a leader in innovation, introducing and implementing digitization solutions into the finance organization. Governance, orchestration, and management of productivity management for the NAM POC business, including the recording, reporting and review of productivity measures and their implementation.

Digital Finance

• Development of digital finance strategy and digital finance roadmap for the entire portfolio. Responsible for financial IT systems, data governance, data integrity, data consolidation and validation across various tools. Be an enabler of useful and dependable data for the whole POC group, including KPI definitions

Your expertise:

• You are self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment

• Experience with digitalization and business process improvement

The requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area

• 8-10+ years in relevant field, balanced against relevant Siemens's experience

• Demonstrated understanding of accounting and finance principles. MBA and/or CPA preferred, is an asset

• Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and influence all levels from individual contributors to executives, including those who are more technically focused

• Proven ability to work with business analytics tools, dashboards, conduct data analysis, and drive implementation of improvement projects

• Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools

• Travel required, estimated 5%

• Hybrid work model

The pay range for this position $99,000 - $148,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
