Job Title: Controller/Accounting Manager

Salary:$80,000 - $95,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (40-50 hours during training period)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Controller to join our clients team. This role involves managing a high volume of transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO), be proficient in collections, and possess strong documentation skills. The role requires excellent proficiency in MS Excel and a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) for financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Handle collections and manage customer accounts under CLS products( bonus not required)
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation.
• Generate AI tools for forecasting and financial analysis.
• Support the Director with reporting and special projects.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Mastery in collections management under CLS products(Bonus not Required)
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (Accounting degree preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions without burnout
• Good work ethic with a long-term commitment to growth and development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounting degree (or related field)
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
