The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

This role is instrumental in the financial success of our organization and requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with CEO, COO and the Board of Directors.

Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth. Develop and implement robust financial management strategies for the company, including the ongoing evaluation and improvement of internal controls. Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and annual budgets.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal tax regulations and filings. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission. Research technical accounting issues for compliance.

Support month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure the proper compliance of the financial statements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, Master’s degree or CPA is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, specifically in the healthcare industry. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management teams. Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
