The Controller will be responsible for the following: Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Ensure the integrity of financial records, internal controls, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to create budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans that support business growth.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. Lead the accounting team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage tax compliance processes.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools, optimizing efficiency in alignment with business objectives. Support operational teams to streamline logistics-related financial processes, ensuring profitability and cost control.

If you have a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with a CPA/CMA being preferred, 10 years of progressive, full cycle accounting experience, 2 years of leadership and development, excellent communication skills, experience in logistics/manufacturing/supply chain or similar industries, enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment, are tech savvy and have experience with QuickBooks and ERP platforms and are eager to add value and help grow an organization than this could be a great opportunity for you.
