Oversee and manage all general ledger activities. 2. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control. 3.

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies and budgeting processes. 4. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 5. Conduct regular financial analysis, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations. 6.

Develop and implement effective financial forecasting models to predict future revenues and expenditures. 7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. 8. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors. 9.

Implement and manage financial control systems to minimize financial risk. 10. Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies. Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3.

Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting. 4. Proficiency in general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. 5. Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills. 6.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel. (QuickBooks & Sage50 in place currently_ 7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 10. Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations. 11.
