Controller

Huntington University has an opening for a Controller. The controller is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business office and the financial reporting and budgeting functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of university resources

• Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ

• Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education preferred

• Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant license required

• Positive interpersonal skills and a team player

• Excellent communications skills

• Possess a high level of problem solving skills

• Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and account software is needed

• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills

• Commitment to continuous process improvement
