Controller

Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Controller to their team. Pay is between $90,000-125,000k+ DOE.

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets, mitigate risk, and maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and communicate financial performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
