Controller Hybrid Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Controller. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity in the Capital District area.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 5 years of accounting experience at the Controller level Manufacturing experience highly preferred Ability and acumen to coach and mentor staff Ability to manage multiple clients and balance priorities Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Excellent communication and negotiation skills required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required Experience working with QB, Sage products and other ERP systems Ability to quickly adapt to different client systems is necessary Salary Range $100-130k Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
