Controller

Essential Job Functions: Manage Accounting and Finance personnel, responsibilities, and career development.

Responsible for the integrity of periodic financial reporting. Provide an overview and analysis of results. Direct development of and adherence to annual budgets.

Provide periodic forecasting as requested. Monitor and control cash flow through the approval of cash expenditures, purchase requisitions, Major Expenditure Authorizations (MEA’s), and customer and supplier payment terms. Contribute to the development of the strategic plan and in the execution of the business plan.

Ensure the protection of Company assets by overseeing a system of strong internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 5 years of Management experience. 10 years of accounting experience.

Previous experience in Manufacturing settings. Skills and Specifications: Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, internal and external, oral and written. Strong Excel skills. Experience with Business Systems Software – MSD365 preferred.
