Controller (Commercial Construction)

Description: Job Title: Controller We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our growing team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for balancing books, job-costing, cash flow forecasting, planning accounts payable and receivables, and other financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have a commercial construction background and a positive attitude towards problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

• Manage cash flow and forecasting, using accounting data to impact decision making at the company level

• Plan and manage accounts payable and receivables

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
