Location: Conroe, TX (Hybrid - 1-day WFH per week)

Are you an experienced Controller with a strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting? Do you have a passion for accuracy, financial analysis, and driving efficiency? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Oversee cost accounting functions in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting background
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Must be local to Conroe, TX (hybrid schedule with 1-day WFH)
