Controller

• Daily management of the general accounting and disbursement departments
• Responsibility for the budgeting process
• Oversight of Federal and State Income tax reporting and compliance
• Development and monitoring of internal control processes within the Finance Dept.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with SEC reporting requirements
• Development and review of recurring financial presentations to the Board
• Member of the ALCO committee
• Monitor compliance with the Bank's disbursement policies
• Interface with other bank departments on accounting related issues

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: Detailed knowledge of Banking regulations and reporting requirements
• Preferred: Ten years managing the financial and accounting functions of a financial institution
• Preferred: CPA Certification
• Required:Experience and expertise in developing accounting policies, procedures and controls
• Preferred: Understanding of the income tax reporting requirements in a Banking environment
• Preferred: Financial reporting experience in a public traded financial institution

The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $220,000 + bonus + benefits
